What kind of payment do you accept?
We offer Paypal which offers the use of credit cards, bank account wiring, and echecks. You can also call and give your credit card information over the phone. (There is a surcharge for all credit card payments) We also take money orders, cashier checks, and cash.

Do you accept deposits?
Yes, We do accept and encourage deposits. Deposits are $350 and this ensures your puppy will not be sold to anyone else.

Is there tax added to my puppies price?
Tax will be added to your puppies price only if you are in California. California tax rate is 7.75%.

Can I come see the puppy before it's available?
Puppies are all flown directly to you. We do not have a facility or a pet shop nor do we offer pick-ups. Puppy Match 4 You is a service that matches you with a puppy that you have always wanted. We have found breeders throughout the United States that raise healthy and loving puppies. All of our puppies are raised in the breeders home and are given lots of love and care!

Is it safe to ship and what is involved?
Yes! The shipping of puppies is concered "priority" with special handling and regulations for pets. That means that the USDA monitors the transportation of pets with numerous guidelines and requirements in order to ensure puppy's safety, health, and well-being. The puppy is provided with soft and absorbent bedding inside the crate to make your pet's journey more comfortable. Puppies are transported in the same compartmetns as baggage, mail, and other cargo. These compartments are pressurized and maintain a temperature range from 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit. We use Pet Air, their personnel is specifically trained in the handling and care of live animals.

If I buy two puppies am I charged shipping for each puppy?
No! We only charge you one shipping fee for two puppies as long as the two puppies are from the same breeder. They then will come in the same crate so they will have each other to fly with.

When will the pups be ready for their new home?
When they are 8 weeks old, since the airlines won't ship puppies any younger than 8 weeks of age.

Do you have a specific day the puppies are flown out?
It depends on where the puppy is coming from. Most of our breeders fly on Tuesday, Friday, or Saturdays depending on where the puppy is coming from. Each one of our breeders has a specific day(s) that they fly their puppies. The available date is when the puppy is ready to go to their new home. We will try to book a flight for the first available day. It all depends whether or not there is room on the flight, weather conditions, and if we can get your puppy into the vet for a health certificate. Be advised that flights may be rescheduled due to factors beyond our immediate control. We will make every attempt to honor the agreed upon delivery date but reserve the right to change the delivery date at our discretion.   ***All puppies have to be flown directly to the customer.

What's included?
We will NEVER allow a puppy to leave our home if we have doubts about its health. We also guarantee against genetic problems. Please visit our health guarantee page to view our guarantee. The puppy will be given their first puppy shots, and be checked by the breeder's vet prior to leaving. It is necessary to be extremely prudent in protecting a puppy until the full series of puppy shots have been given. Normally there are 3 to 4 shots given every 2-3 weeks in hopes of catching its immunity system when it is receptive. When you pick up your puppy, you will receive a "New Puppy Packet" with his/her records, health guarantee, microchip number (if your puppy was listed with a microchip) and copy of the vet check.
